Ridley

Ridley is a devil from the fifth hell and an employee of Jigglypuff. He has committed several crimes, such as tax fraud, murder, and arson. He is constantly being hunted by a team of bounty hunters known as D.I.S.S. but keeps escaping them with his teleportation powers.
