The Nine Hells

The Nine Hells are controlled by Jigglypuff, the Anti-Kirby. Jigglypuff has the power to take someone's life force away gradually, but it takes a lot out of him, so he falls asleep when he does this. Jigglypuff's counter-spy is Duck Hunt, who was previously a bomb dog before he was diagnosed with pyromania and cared only about finding the bombs so he could watch them explode. Snake didn't bother with hiding from him since Duck Hunt agrees not to tell anyone as long as Snake provides him with an ample supply of C5 (a secret, worse version of C4, since Snake didn't want to waste the good stuff).
