Luigi

Luigi was just some random guy who lived in the city of Detroit in the Outer Wilds until he found a magical vacuum cleaner at a garage sale. At first, he thought it sucked, until it made his landlord disappear. He joined a boxing tournament, planning to cheat with the vacuum, but was eliminated by Sonic before he could even take it out. He swore vengeance and went on a rampage across Detroit, causing over 50 million gold coins in property damage. However, he was soon apprehended by the local militia and thrown in jail for life.
