Falco

Falco is Jigglypuff's head engineer, and is responsible for creating Mario. After creating Mario (who escaped), he attempted another super soldier called Dr. Mario (who also escaped). He is severely depressed and is getting tired of Jigglypuff's unreasonable demands, especially because Jigglypuff also has the power to create intelligent beings.
