Duck Hunt

Duck hunt was a bomb dog until Jigglypuff found him and noticed that he only wanted to watch stuff blow up. This predictably made Duck Hunt a bad bomb dog, because he never showed anyone where the bomb was so it could be removed. The Detroit militia was happy to get rid of Duck Hunt by giving him to Jigglypuff. He is now Jigglypuff's spy, but he's not very loyal. He knows about Snake, but doesn't tell Jigglypuff because Snake is supplying him with bombs that he gets to blow up (as one does). Duck Hunt lives in the 7.5th hell because for some reason he likes it there.
